It takes just the right amount of crazy to work in the events industry.

A few key concepts.
Experiential Events
I believe that all events from a simple board meeting to an incentive trip for 200 can be an experience that is memorable. Creating a space that touches as many different senses as possible will inspire and relax or energize and motivate. The possibilities are endless when you combine creativity with your end goal.
Goal Oriented
Approaching every event with the goals in mind makes sure that stakeholders and attendees all get the right takeaways. From revenue generating events to sponsor appreciation, keeping the focus at the end goal makes sure that every piece of the event puzzle will align.
Team Tactics
Having a successful event team takes not only dedication and capable members but a high level of trust. Coaching from the top down to allow all team members to take personal accountability for the role they play empowers them to fuel the goals of the company and the event.
It is also extremely important to show appreciation to teams during and after an event. When the long days and nights kick in it will make all the difference if the team knows that they are appreciated and needed.
